Center Directors Revs. Jeff and Cindy Weber have served in full-time ministry since 1994, first in the nation of Estonia, and since 2002 in Singapore. They have a passion to see Christians rise to their full potential in Christ, live a successful Christian life, and be equipped to fulfill their calling from the Lord.

With a background as an investment professional, Rev Kevin Teo has a passion to train believers in the marketplace. He and his wife, Lynette, minister regularly in bible schools, churches, and various organizations in Singapore and many parts of Asia, training leaders and pastors to be effective ambassadors for the Lord. Both move powerfully in the gifts of the Spirit.

Rev. Lynette Teo is an ordained instructor, with a strong passion is to empower believers to further God’s purposes and plans in advancing His Kingdom. She was the General Education Officer with the Ministry of Education (Singapore) for nine years, before entering full-time ministry. She is married to Kevin.

Rev. Dr. Samuel Dhanaraj C is an ordained minister of Rhema Bible Training Center, Singapore. He has been ministering 46 years and has been in full time ministry for 23 years. 

He is an instructor at Rhema Singapore and ministers at other Rhema Colleges worldwide. His heart is to equip the saints to do the work of the ministry and help them fulfill God's will for their lives. Teaching on and ministering the healing power of God has been an emphasis in his life.

Mary Samuel is an Ordained Minister and Missionary with RHEMA Ministerial Association International and graduate of RBTCS. She currently serves as an Instructor at RHEMA Singapore and teaches at other RHEMA Bible Colleges worldwide.

Revs. John Britto and Shruthi John, graduates of RHEMA Bible Training Center Singapore are committed to equipping believers for their work of ministry. They have a heart not only to support cross culture missions, but to train and send corporate missionaries into the market place. Rev John also serves as Honorary Secretary in the Executive Board of RHEMA Bible Training Center Singapore.  Rev John and Sister Shruthi have 2 daughters Abiah and Abigail.

Rev. Hadassah is a graduate of RBTCS and has completed the School of Ministry. She is a teacher and minister of the Word, teaching in RBTCS and the extension schools in East Malaysia. 
Whilst her ministry focus is to help both ministers and lay people to be all that God has called them to be, she is most passionate in equipping the body of Christ in less developed countries.

David is presently a part-time volunteer trainee instructor at RHEMA Singapore.  He also serves as Treasurer of RHEMA Singapore and on the Board of Directors of RHEMA Singapore. He graduated from the diploma program of Rhema Singapore in 2017 and from RHEMA Singapore School of Ministry program in 2018.

Jean delights in the Word of God and in seeing the Word come alive - transforming lives, restoring families, and impacting nations. She has a marketplace background which includes marketing, consulting, training, and development.

After 10 years working in the Singapore Ministry of Defense, Jenny now serves the Body of Christ in the area of Word and Worship. While being an instructor at RHEMA Singapore, she also partners with different churches in their pioneering work in Mandarin and Hokkien services; preaching and teaching the Word and training their worship teams.
